Outreach Opportunities – New Program for 2026!

Roswell Robo Squad Robotics is excited to launch a new outreach program in 2026! We will begin organizing outreach events starting Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Our first outreach event will take place at the Roswell Public Library, with the exact date and time to be determined and announced soon.

This new initiative is designed to bring hands-on robotics and STEM activities to students, families, and the community. It is also a great way for students to get involved in robotics, explore STEM skills, and experience what our team is all about.

We are thrilled to begin this program and look forward to sharing the excitement of robotics with everyone in 2026!

Recent Highlights – Roswell Robo Squad Robotics

Our middle school and elementary teams recently had the exciting opportunity to meet with the Mayor of Roswell and members of the City Council, where students shared their experiences and talked about why they enjoy being part of Roswell Robo Squad Robotics.

In addition, our students were featured on KRQE News 13 just a few days ago! You can watch the full story here: KRQE News Feature

These experiences highlight the impact of our program, founded in September 2025, and show how students are quickly engaging, learning, and sharing their excitement for robotics with the community.

VEX Robotics: January 2026

BEST Robotics: September 2026

Why Students Will Love It

VEX Robotics (January 2026)

Hands-on Fun: Build and program robots that actually move, lift, and solve challenges.

Coding Made Easy: Learn to code your robot using drag-and-drop blocks or text coding as you get advanced.

Compete & Win: Join friendly competitions and see your robot in action against other teams.

Creativity & Teamwork: Work with friends to invent new robot designs and test your ideas in real time.

Level Up Skills: Gain skills in engineering, problem-solving, programming, and teamwork that feel like real-life superpowers.

BEST Robotics (September 2026)

Be a Real Engineer: Receive a secret robot challenge and design, build, and program your robot in just 6 weeks.

Show Your Skills: Compete not only with your robot but also present your designs, teamwork, and ideas to judges.

Leadership & Teamwork: Take on roles like engineer, designer, or team leader and learn how real STEM teams work.

Prepare for the Future: Develop skills that colleges and careers love—project management, innovation, and problem-solving.

Why Parents Will Love It

STEM Skills: Students learn coding, engineering, design, and robotics in a structured, hands-on environment.

Teamwork & Confidence: Kids work in teams, solve challenges, and gain confidence presenting ideas.

College & Career Ready: Programs build skills for college, scholarships, and STEM careers.

Structured & Safe: Experienced coaches guide students K–12 in a safe, supportive environment.

New Custom 3D Printing & Prototyping Program – Launching 2026

Roswell Robo Squad Robotics is excited to announce a new custom 3D printing and prototyping program launching in 2026. This is a brand-new initiative that will officially begin on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Through this program, we will offer free small-batch 3D printing and prototyping using our Ender 3 3D printer. This service is designed to support students, teams, and community members who want to test ideas, build prototypes, and explore engineering and design through hands-on experience.

Printer Size Limitations (Ender 3)

To ensure successful prints, all submitted designs must fit within the Ender 3’s build volume:

Maximum print size:
220 mm × 220 mm × 250 mm
(8.7 in × 8.7 in × 9.8 in)

Models larger than this may need to be resized, split into multiple parts, or redesigned before printing.

Available Materials

At launch, the following materials will be available:

PLA – Best for prototypes, models, and general-purpose prints

PLA+ (if available) – Stronger and more durable than standard PLA

Material colors may vary depending on availability. If you have a specific color or material need, please note it when submitting your request.

This program is a new opportunity for Roswell Robo Squad Robotics as we continue to expand our outreach efforts, promote STEM education, and introduce more students to robotics, engineering, and 3D design.

More details on how to submit print requests will be shared as we get closer to the launch date. We are excited to kick off this new program and look forward to helping bring ideas to life in 2026!
